Prior to booking, please read Coyote Hill Lodge’s policy on cancellation thoroughly to ensure the best experience possible.
- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
- If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will be refunded 50% for all nights plus any cleaning fees.
- If guests cancel after that, no refund for nights will be issued. However, you will receive a refund for the cleaning fee.
