Our large balcony at the back of the Lodge offers the perfect nature environment to view a wide variety of wildlife that live in the area. Some of the wildlife that can be seen during your stay include deer, elk, black bears, beautiful Colorado birds, mountain lions, coyotes, prairie dogs, and much more! Here at Coyote Hill Lodge, protecting and preserving our local environment is important to us – this is why there is no hunting or shooting on the Lodge grounds. We are proud to say Coyote Hill Lodge has planted over 130 Aspen trees on-site and uses solar panels to help reduce our carbon footprint.
