Indoor smoking and smoking within 15 feet of any doors is strictly prohibited. Marijuana is legal in Colorado and we are a 4/20 friendly property. Guests are welcome to partake outside. Please dispose of any smoking waste in proper trash receptacles to avoid starting possible forest fires

Hunting, shooting or trapping is strictly banned on the Coyote Hill Lodge property. Any disregard for this rule may be grounds for a cancellation of your booking/event with no refund and immediate removal from the property.

Colorado is highly prone to forest fires. All fires must adhere to county wide fire restrictions during the time of your stay. Please ask the on-site property manager for more information during your stay if you are unsure.

Coyote Hill Lodge can accommodate up to 29 guests overnight. If a special events or wedding is booked, Coyote Hill Lodge can accommodate up to 49 daytime guests or event vendors for the special event or wedding.

This is a vacation rental property, but its main use is a home when it is not being rented. Due to this, we ask that you please refrain from entering these spaces as well as the on-site property managers private unit. 

Disregard for property regulations and rules may be grounds for removal from the property with no refund
