Featuring 13,000 square feet of air conditioned and heated living space, made for larger groups to be able to come together and spend quality time with each other. Enjoy the spaces of our family game room, main kitchen/dining room, upper loft, back deck, and fire pit. Stunning mountain views and complimentary WiFi are available all throughout Coyote Hill Lodge. 

Enjoy the comfort, convenience, and spaciousness of the six private Units available upon renting Coyote Hill Lodge, or have the option of booking single Units for smaller groups. Each of our private Units offers stunning mountain views, a bedroom, living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. Coyote Hill Lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 29 guests.

Set on 235 private acres at the base of the San Juan Mountains, Coyote Hill Lodge offers tranquil seclusion while also being only a 15 minute drive to Downtown Pagosa Springs. Wildlife like deer, elk, black bears, mountain lions, coyotes, an on-site prairie dog colony, and more can be regularly seen passing through our property grounds making our lodge an unforgettable getaway.
